Refund Policy

Note: This is an informational English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document is the legally binding text.

1. Nature of the product

Kolaylatio Instagram Asistanı is a digital software product delivered instantly in electronic form. The moment your payment is approved, a licence key is issued to your account and the installer becomes available. No physical goods are delivered.

2. No right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

This is stated clearly on the order screen before the purchase is completed, and your confirmation is obtained. By confirming the order you accept that:

• the licence will be created and delivered immediately, and
• your right of withdrawal therefore ends.

The order cannot be completed without this confirmation.

3. When you can request a refund

Without prejudice to the withdrawal exemption above, you may request a refund if the software fails to perform the core functions stated on its product page due to a technical fault, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Please contact support before requesting a refund; most issues are resolved at installation or configuration level. Send your request together with your order number to info@kolaylatio.com.

Refunds are also issued where:

• a duplicate payment was taken for the same product,
• the licence could not be delivered at all due to a technical error.

4. Situations outside the scope of refunds

The following are not defects of the product and do not give rise to a refund:

• Change of mind, or deciding against the product after using it
• The user's device not meeting the system requirements
• Problems caused by the internet connection
• Issues with your Instagram account: restriction, suspension, blocking or closure
• Changes made by Instagram: updates, interface changes or newly introduced restrictions
• Problems caused by third-party services (proxy, VPS, browser, operating system, etc.)
• Use of the product contrary to the terms of use or incorrect use
• Sharing or transferring the licence in breach of the terms of use
• Not achieving an expected result or return — the product is an audience-discovery and action-management tool; no specific follower count, engagement rate or sales outcome is guaranteed

5. Process

Your request is assessed within 7 business days at the latest and the outcome is communicated to you in writing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. When a refund is approved, the related licence is cancelled and the product may no longer be used.

6. Your statutory rights are reserved

This policy does not remove, limit or constitute a waiver of your rights regarding defective goods and services under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation. Those statutory rights apply independently of this document.

If your request is rejected, your right to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502 is reserved.
