These terms govern the relationship between ADS GLOBAL COMPONENTS TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Kolaylatio”) and any person visiting the site or using the products (“User”). By using the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
The User accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate. The User is responsible for account security and for keeping their password confidential.
For purchased products, the User is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use limited to the duration of the purchased plan. Sharing, selling or renting the licence key to third parties is prohibited.
The User may not use the products in a manner contrary to applicable legislation, the terms of use of third-party platforms, or public morals. Reverse engineering, copying or decompiling the products is prohibited.
Our products have no official affiliation with Instagram, Meta or other platforms. Compliance with those platforms' terms of use is the User's responsibility.
The products are provided “as is”. Kolaylatio cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
Kolaylatio reserves the right to update these terms. The current text is published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Courts and Execution Offices of İstanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction over disputes.
For Users who qualify as consumers, the right to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation is reserved. This clause does not limit any statutory right of recourse available to consumers.
